Confession of a Shopaholic Movie

It's kinda late to review this my fav movie type i watched last 2 weekend, but I'm eager to write about it since it's one of my fav novel.

I was very excited to see this movie.
I expected to see it as I imagined when I read the novel. You know, it's based on Sophie Kinsella's novel. I am a big fan of it and still reading the 4th novel now. But I had read the movie story before the film released and quite disappointed seeing that this movie is a compilation between the 1st n 2nd novels. hm..still wondering though!

Ok, I a bit disappointed because there's too many story changed and cut! For example, they change the setting. It should be in London and NY instead of only NY. But I'm still in love with it heheheh even though many people said this movie isn't suitable to be released nowaday, when the world is in economic crisis, for me, I take it as an entertainment in the middle of our crisis. I can live for a while in my dream-world of shopping hahaha The story is very funny, relaxing my mind which full of designer labels...dreaming...dreaming...dreaming.... :P

At first I thought the actress does not suit well to the character, but I'm wrong. I really like Isla Fisher as Rebecca Bloomwood. She is cute, fabulous fashionista, and really fit the character
even though her British accent is not really heard. From many aspects, she can be a true Becky Bloomwood in the novel with all her silliness in order to do her biggest problem: SHOPPING..!!

Kinsella's ROCK!!!...
